About the Role

Join us as a mobile patrol security officer in a flexible, full-time position that adapts to your availability and our operational needs. As a Flex Security Officer serving White Plains and the surrounding Westchester County area, you'll work across different times of day and days of the week—morning shifts, evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays—giving you control over when you work while keeping our properties secure around the clock.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular mobile patrols of assigned properties and facilities throughout White Plains
• Monitor premises for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and security breaches
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Communicate clearly with property managers, clients, and dispatch teams
• Perform access control duties, including checking credentials and visitor verification
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, professional attitude with strong work ethic
• Valid state identification and ability to pass a background check
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (required for mobile patrol duties)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during all shifts
• Physical capability to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
• Security training or relevant experience is a plus
