Floor Technician

Msccn is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician for full-time employment at our Sandston, Henrico County facility. As a Floor Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of Richmond International Airport.

Position Summary

This full-time Floor Technician position is an opportunity to join a respected organization that has served the Capital Region since 1975. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and facility care across one of Virginia's key transportation hubs. Your work directly contributes to creating a welcoming, professional environment for hundreds of thousands of annual travelers.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, and common areas throughout the airport terminal
• Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and other floor care procedures to preserve facility appearance
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment
• Respond to immediate maintenance needs and spills in high-traffic areas
• Follow safety protocols and environmental standards in all facility maintenance work
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all shifts

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant hands-on experience
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Reliability and punctuality in a structured work environment
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow established safety procedures
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on position assignments
