Skills & Qualifications
- Solid track record in a Finance Manager or equivalent senior finance role
- Thorough knowledge of financial and management accounting principles and UK GAAP/IFRS
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills and practical experience of common accounting software
- Strong analytical capability paired with commercial insight
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for both finance and non-finance audiences
- Proven ability to lead a small team and deliver results under pressure
- Organised working style with excellent attention to accuracy and deadlines
