AEGIS Security & Investigations is hiring full-time experienced security officers for West Los Angeles, CA. We're seeking dedicated unarmed security professionals to protect a high-end client facility specializing in military and law enforcement communication systems. This position pays $21–$24 per hour and offers flexibility across multiple shift schedules.
About the Role
As an Experienced Security Guard with AEGIS Security & Investigations, you'll provide essential security services at a premier client location in West Los Angeles. You'll work full-time in a professional environment where your presence and vigilance make a direct difference in protecting critical operations and assets.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and control facility access, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the premises during your assigned shift
- Maintain detailed security logs and document incidents accurately
- Respond quickly and professionally to security concerns and potential threats
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, and emergency services
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience working as a professional security officer
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation and commitment to consistent attendance
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Shift Schedules
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Swing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Graveyard: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday through Friday
