Expeditor II

Zachry Group is hiring an Expeditor II in Omaha, Douglas County for a full-time position. In this role, you'll manage critical pre-delivery documentation workflows, drive supplier compliance, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

The Opportunity

As an Expeditor II with Zachry Group, you'll play a vital role in managing the flow of supplier documentation and deliverables on major projects. Your focus will be on tracking document submittals, monitoring supplier performance, and removing obstacles that slow delivery timelines. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives when coordinating moving parts and holding teams accountable to schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage all pre-delivery document submittals according to contract requirements and project timelines
• Monitor supplier on-time delivery performance and implement strategies to improve compliance rates
• Prioritize outstanding supplier documents and escalate delays to ensure continued project momentum
• Expedite resolution of new, missing, or returned documents from suppliers and engineering teams
• Conduct regular performance analysis on supplier activities to identify improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Ability to track multiple supplier commitments and project deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
• Detail-oriented approach to document review and submission tracking
• Experience in expediting, project coordination, or similar logistics roles is a plus
