Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a Management Trainee to join our team in Kane, Hidalgo County, serving the McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, and Mission areas. This full-time position offers a structured pathway into management with hands-on experience across sales, customer service, business development, and operations.

About the Role

Our Management Training Program is designed for individuals ready to develop leadership skills while building a career in the car rental and mobility industry. You'll work directly with branch management to learn all aspects of running a high-performing rental location, from daily operations to customer relationship building. This is your foundation for a management career with real growth potential and clear advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Support customer interactions and build relationships through professional, solution-focused service
• Learn and assist with rental transactions, reservations, and fleet management
• Contribute to sales initiatives and help meet branch revenue goals
• Participate in operational tasks including vehicle maintenance coordination and facility management
• Develop business development skills by identifying customer needs and growth opportunities
• Support team training and cross-functional collaboration across multiple locations
• Implement company policies and maintain compliance standards
