About the Role

As an EP Mapping Specialist - CAS, you will work closely with electrophysiology teams to support advanced cardiac ablation procedures using Medtronic’s cutting‑edge mapping and navigation technology. This full‑time position is based in the U.S. and focuses on ensuring seamless integration of equipment, data, and clinical workflows in the lab.

What You'll Do

• Set up, calibrate, and maintain cardiac mapping systems before and during electrophysiology cases.
• Assist physicians and technologists in acquiring high‑quality anatomical and electrophysiological data.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real time to minimize procedural delays.
• Document device performance, capture procedural metrics, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide on‑site training and guidance to hospital staff on system operation and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, and engineering colleagues to relay user feedback and support product enhancements.

What We're Looking For

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• Prior experience with cardiac electrophysiology mapping platforms, preferably Medtronic CAS or comparable systems.
• Strong understanding of EP lab workflows, sterile technique, and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Effective communication abilities for interacting with clinicians, technicians, and vendors.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer sites or attend training sessions.
