Medtronic is hiring a Field Inventory Analyst (Aortic) to manage and optimize inventory operations across healthcare facilities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Cleveland, and Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time, field-based position where you'll be the cornerstone of supply chain excellence for our aortic device portfolio, ensuring hospitals and surgical centers maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and supporting patient care delivery.

About the Role

As a Field Inventory Analyst specializing in aortic products, you'll work directly with hospital partners to monitor, track, and manage inventory levels across multiple locations. This field-based role combines data management with relationship-building, requiring you to be responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting healthcare facilities' operational needs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular inventory audits and counts at assigned healthcare facilities across the region
• Monitor stock levels of aortic devices and ensure accurate, timely replenishment
• Maintain comprehensive inventory records and data systems to support accurate reporting
• Identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Partner with hospital materials management and surgical teams to understand demand forecasts
• Support new facility onboarding and inventory standardization initiatives
• Prepare regular reports and analysis on inventory trends and optimization opportunities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or healthcare experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with inventory management systems and data entry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple facilities simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff
• Willingness to travel within your assigned region
• Reliability and the ability to work independently in a field environment
