Medtronic is hiring a full-time Field Inventory Analyst (Aortic) to support its Aortic business across Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, based out of Newburgh Heights in Cuyahoga County. About the Role

This is a field-based position centered on the hands-on execution of inventory operations for Medtronic's Aortic product portfolio. As a Field Inventory Analyst, you will be the connective link between supply, clinical teams, and the field, helping ensure that the right products are available where and when they are needed across the Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day inventory management activities for Aortic devices throughout the assigned field region.
• Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with sales, clinical, and operations partners to keep field inventory aligned with demand.
• Travel within the Cleveland/Columbus, OH and Pittsburgh, PA areas to support on-site inventory needs.
• Support compliance, accuracy, and accountability across all field stock handling.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in a mobile, field-based capacity with regular regional travel.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities suited to inventory tracking and reporting.
• Attention to detail and a dependable, self-directed approach to managing responsibilities independently.
• Collaborative communication skills for partnering with cross-functional teams in the field.
