Are you the friend everyone texts during a rose ceremony? Shared Media LLC is hiring a full-time Entertainment News Host / Reality TV Expert to bring sharp, opinionated pop-culture commentary to a fast-growing digital media audience.
About the Role
As an Entertainment News Host / Reality TV Expert with Shared Media LLC, you'll be the on-camera voice covering the celebrities, shows, and headlines that keep audiences talking. This is a full-time position based in Los Alamitos, Orange County. Candidates in the Los Angeles area are preferred, though it is not required — some production is currently handled remotely through Zoom or Skype, so hosts outside LA may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and present entertainment news segments covering reality television, celebrities, movies, and music.
- Deliver lively, opinion-driven takes on trending pop-culture moments and breaking headlines.
- Discuss popular reality franchises such as The Bachelor, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Love Is Blind with insight and personality.
- Participate in studio shoots in Los Alamitos and remote recording sessions via Zoom or Skype as needed.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for everything pop culture — celebrities, reality TV, film, and music alike.
- The confidence to form and share a clear opinion on just about any entertainment topic.
- Deep familiarity with current reality TV series and the personalities driving them.
- Comfort presenting on camera, both in-studio and over video conferencing platforms.
- Located in or near Los Angeles preferred, but remote candidates are welcome to apply.
