About this role & career path

Employment Counsel at Cresta sits in in-house employment/labor advisory for a tech product company. Public product news centers on AI training tools for agents; counsel work would sit alongside that business, not replace it.

Be ready on UK and US employment basics for remote roles, how counsel partners with People ops, and how you prioritize risk on fast-growing tech headcount. You may be asked how you’d handle multi-jurisdiction remote hiring and policy consistency.
