The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented Embedded Software Engineering Lead to join our innovative and high-performing team at Certus Recruitment Group in Adelaide CBD. As an Embedded Software Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive and influence key projects within this well-known IoT Australian organisation. The role offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$180,000 including superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for IoT projects.
- Innovate and develop new technologies and processes that enhance the company's product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of embedded software into hardware designs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements in software development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- A proven track record as an Embedded Software Team Lead or a similar role in the IoT industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project success.
- Strong technical expertise in embedded software development, including C/C++, real-time operating systems, and microcontroller programming.
- Experience with IoT technologies, protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP), and cloud integration is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
