Role Overview

Piper, a design-forward ecosystem brand based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), is seeking an experienced and passionate Editor-in-Chief to lead our content strategy and ensure the ultimate black pepper experience for every food lover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all editorial activities, ensuring consistency and quality across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to enhance Piper’s brand presence and engagement with the target audience.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand values and objectives.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure all content is visually appealing and consistent with our branding guidelines.
• Manage a team of writers and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Ensure timely delivery of content that meets deadlines and aligns with marketing campaigns and events.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in editorial management or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective content strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with digital media and social platforms is essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.
