Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and compliant operation of LPG carriers in accordance with international maritime regulations.
• Ensure all vessel systems are maintained and operated safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Manage a team of engineers to maintain high operational standards on board the vessels.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary improvements.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly competent Chief Engineer with extensive experience in LPG carrier operations. Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Chief Engineer, preferably in the LPG sector.
• Diploma or degree in Marine Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid PSCO and MCA certifications.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders.
