About the Role

As a delivery driver for Gopuff, you'll be the face of our service to customers in your neighborhood. Working from a nearby distribution hub, you'll manage manageable delivery zones that keep you efficient and allow you to build relationships with your regular customers. Every day brings the satisfaction of connecting people with the everyday essentials they need, from groceries to household items.

What You'll Do

• Pick up orders from your centralized Gopuff distribution center each shift
• Navigate assigned delivery zones to efficiently reach multiple customers
• Deliver a variety of everyday products—groceries, essentials, and household items—directly to customer doors
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communication with customers
• Represent Gopuff professionally and build positive customer relationships
• Handle cash and digital payments securely and accurately
• Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to management

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, dependable work ethic and strong time management
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of the East Village area or willingness to learn neighborhood geography quickly
• Friendly, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfort using mobile delivery apps and technology platforms
• Own vehicle in good working condition, or access to reliable transportation
