About the Role

We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced Discipline Support Officer to support student discipline, campus supervision, and behavioural management in our secondary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preliminary investigations and preparing incident reports, supervising detention and in-house suspension programmes, and patrolling school premises to ensure proper student conduct during recess, transitions, and dismissal.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports
• Supervise detention and in-house suspension programmes
• Patrol school premises and support student discipline during recess, transitions, and dismissal

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• A proven track record in supporting student discipline and behavioural management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with school policies and procedures related to student conduct
• A high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
