Role Overview

The role of a Guest Relations Officer involves understanding each guest’s needs and preferences to provide personalized service. This includes coordinating reservation requests with the team, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the guest experience journey, establishing and maintaining positive customer contact at the restaurant/club, recognizing VIP and regular guests, and communicating guest comments to the Guest Relations Managers.

Your Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, have a good understanding of customer service principles, and demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
