Position Summary

As Director of Sales, West at Mccicareers, you will set regional direction, grow key accounts, and elevate the performance of the sales organization serving western markets—all while working fully remote. This full-time position blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership so the team consistently exceeds targets and deepens client partnerships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and execute the western regional sales strategy that aligns with broader company goals
• Coach and develop sales professionals to improve conversion rates and pipeline health
• Identify and cultivate high-value opportunities with new and existing clients across the West
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine territory approach
• Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for leadership review
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create seamless client experiences
• Negotiate complex deals and support major account resolutions when needed
• Champion best practices that improve efficiency and win rates throughout the remote sales unit

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading sales teams with responsibility for a multi-state or western territory
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities that close multi-stakeholder agreements
• Data-driven decision maker skilled in CRM tools, forecasting, and performance analytics
