About the Role

As Director and Head of Waterfall Solutions, you'll own the strategic direction and operational delivery of waterfall technology and services for private markets clients. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines business development, product vision, and team management to serve complex asset managers, private equity firms, and hedge funds navigating increasingly sophisticated distribution and capital allocation challenges.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Waterfall Solutions team, setting vision, accountability, and performance standards for private markets product delivery
• Drive revenue growth and client expansion by deepening relationships with existing alternative investment managers and landing new private markets firms
• Own the product roadmap, translating client needs into scalable waterfall technology enhancements
• Partner with engineering, operations, and sales to ensure seamless implementation and customer success
• Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and emerging private markets regulations affecting waterfall solutions
• Mentor and develop your team while fostering a culture of excellence and client-centric innovation

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in financial services technology, private markets operations, or alternative investment management
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Deep knowledge of waterfall calculations, distributions, and private markets fund operations
• Track record of driving revenue, expanding market share, and successfully launching or scaling financial products
• Strong technical acumen and ability to translate business requirements into actionable product strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with C-suite executives and institutional clients
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
