About the Role

As the Director, Global Partner Marketing, you will own the strategy that elevates Teradata's relationships with alliance, channel, and technology partners across global markets. Based on-site in Penbrook, Dauphin County, you will translate enterprise data and AI capabilities into compelling joint go-to-market initiatives, aligning partner activity with measurable business outcomes and pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global partner marketing strategy that accelerates demand generation and co-selling motions.
• Develop joint value propositions and campaign frameworks that showcase Teradata's data, knowledge, and AI platform to shared audiences.
• Partner with sales, alliances, and product teams to align marketing investment with revenue goals.
• Lead the planning of partner events, enablement assets, and co-branded content that drive engagement at scale.
• Establish performance metrics, track program effectiveness, and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Manage budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and on target.
