About the Role
As a Copywriter at Pavago, you'll work side by side with the marketing team to shape high-converting campaigns spanning healthcare, restaurants, fitness, ecommerce, and professional services. This full-time position pays $1300–$1600 and suits a writer who blends creative instinct with a data-led approach to engagement, customer acquisition, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and refine landing pages, sales pages, and lead-generation funnels that convert across every audience stage — awareness, consideration, and decision.
- Sharpen calls to action, offer positioning, and conversion flow while aligning messaging with design.
- Write cold outreach, nurture sequences, newsletters, and promotional emails, and support segmentation and lifecycle strategies for acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Develop ad copy and messaging frameworks for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid channels, iterating on performance data.
- Run audience and competitor research, support SEO-aware web content, and lead A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, and offers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in copywriting, conversion-focused marketing, or digital marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing landing pages, email campaigns, and direct-response copy for B2B and/or B2C audiences.
- Excellent written English and the flexibility to adapt tone across industries.
- Solid grasp of conversion metrics and campaign optimization.
- Preferred: experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or GoHighLevel, funnel stages (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), CRO, SEO and search intent, UGC/VSL scripts, and AI-assisted copywriting workflows.
