Position Summary
As a Delivery Advocate for ImageFIRST, you'll be the face of our company at healthcare facilities across the region. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh, sanitized linen products to medical facilities on established routes
- Collect soiled and used linens from customer locations for return processing
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory
- Build positive relationships with facility staff and address customer concerns in the moment
- Operate and maintain delivery vehicle in safe, professional condition
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures for handling healthcare linens
- Communicate proactively about schedule changes or delivery obstacles
