About the Role

As a Customs Agent specializing in export operations, you'll play a vital part in ensuring seamless international trade compliance for our export team. Working remotely in a structured 8-hour workday (09:00–17:00 EET), you'll manage export declarations with precision and accountability. Your focus will be on serving two key accounts—including a strategically important customer—which means your accuracy and commitment directly impact our company's operational success and growth.

Core Duties

• Draft, complete, and file export declarations with accuracy and on-time submission
• Verify that all supporting documentation satisfies regulatory requirements and is fully prepared for submission
• Plan and coordinate customer shipment schedules to meet agreed-upon delivery windows
• Execute routine, day-to-day export tasks with minimal supervision
• Communicate and request guidance from the wider export team when technical input or clarification is required

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage repetitive procedural work without constant oversight
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in customs documentation
• Familiarity with export declaration processes and international trade compliance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders against firm deadlines
• Willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across the export team
