Customer Service Associate

Role Overview

Your mission as a Customer Service Associate is straightforward: make every customer interaction count. You'll staff our checkout lanes, help shoppers find what they need, and maintain the pleasant, organized store environment that builds customer loyalty and trust in our Sanford location.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers with accuracy and attention to detail
• Welcome customers as they shop and respond helpfully to their questions
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and work toward satisfactory resolutions
• Manage assigned register duties, including cash reconciliation
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
• Inform shoppers about available products, services, and current promotions
• Support a safe, clean, and customer-ready sales floor

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
