About the Role
As a Full-Time Custodian, you'll be the foundation that keeps our school running smoothly. Your daily work ensures our classrooms, hallways, and common areas remain hygienic, functional spaces where learning can happen.
What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, and shared spaces throughout the building
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, waxing, and carpet care
- Manage school grounds including exterior areas, walkways, and parking zones
- Stock and organize cleaning supplies and custodial materials
- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and immediate cleaning needs
- Perform minor repairs and report maintenance issues to appropriate staff
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently
What We're Looking For
- Prior custodial or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to lift, bend, and remain active throughout your shift
- Independent work ethic with effective time management
- Collaborative attitude working with school staff and administration
- Valid driver's license a plus
