Responsibilities

• Guide creator interactions across every phase of UGC campaigns so talent stays informed and deliveries stay timely
• Construct and refresh creative briefs alongside social strategists and clients to keep project direction precise and usable
• Track all UGC outputs for schedule compliance and alignment with client standards
• Grow and administer the internal creator collection by identifying talent, initiating contact, completing onboarding, and sustaining ongoing ties
• Pair creators to campaigns through careful matching of abilities against brand priorities and goals
• Equip roster members with direction and materials required for strong content production
• Detect ways to refine creator partnerships such as process updates or trials of alternative formats and structures
• Introduce AI tools that improve workflow efficiency within business operations
• Draw on Power Digital’s nova platform to advance departmental results

Qualifications

• Prior end-to-end oversight of creator or influencer campaign work
• Documented success drafting, revising, and controlling creative briefs
