Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic AI training tasks based on structural engineering principles and practical challenges.
• Create clear problem statements for engineering problems covering structural analysis and design.
• Apply advanced knowledge of OpenSees to develop and evaluate complex structural models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering solutions and AI training objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, preferably in the field of AI integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in OpenSees for structural analysis and design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex engineering challenges into clear, actionable tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
