About This Position

The Coordinator, Youth Impact role plays a vital part in Center for Justice Innovation's mission to build healthier, more just communities. Since 1996, our organization has partnered with communities, courts, and those directly affected by the justice system to advance lasting change. This position brings those partnerships to life by coordinating youth-focused initiatives that create opportunity and promote safety and equity in Stapleton, St. George, and across Staten Island.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of youth engagement programs and community-based activities
• Facilitate communication and coordination among community partners, young people, and Center staff
• Maintain program records, track outcomes, and assist with data collection and reporting
• Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and community gatherings in Stapleton and St. George
• Build authentic relationships with youth and community stakeholders
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement efforts
