About the Role

The Youth PACT Program Manager directs day-to-day operations of a restorative justice program serving justice-involved youth and their families. This is hands-on leadership that combines strategic program development with direct community engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of Youth PACT program delivery, including participant recruitment, intake, and case coordination
  • Facilitate community accountability circles and restorative conferences that bring together young people, harm repair participants, and community members
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, courts, probation departments, and community organizations
  • Oversee program data collection, participant tracking, and outcome reporting
  • Supervise and mentor program staff and community facilitators
  • Develop and implement culturally responsive practices that center racial equity and community voice
  • Serve as primary liaison between participants, families, courts, and community stakeholders
  • Contribute to program evaluation and continuous quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of program management or direct service experience, preferably in youth services, criminal justice, or community development
  • Deep commitment to racial justice and community-centered approaches to public safety
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with justice-system-involved youth and their families
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking outcomes, and using data to inform decisions
  • Ability to build authentic relationships across diverse communities and institutions
