The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consumer Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing fan engagement across our portfolio, which includes the Melbourne Mavericks, Bendigo Spirit, and Perth Lynx.

• Supporting event logistics and coordination
• Managing fan communications and inquiries
• Assisting with ticket sales and distribution
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Responsibilities

The Consumer Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Coordinating event logistics, including venue setup and teardown
• Handling fan inquiries through various channels (email, phone, social media)
• Processing ticket sales and managing distribution to ensure timely delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of all operations-related data for reporting purposes
• Supporting the planning and execution of promotional campaigns

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in event management or customer service roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A passion for sports and entertainment industry
