The Opportunity

As a Lending Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of our client banks' lending operations, ensuring seamless and reliable experiences for customers across the full loan lifecycle—from application triage to settlement and ongoing loan servicing.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate across the entire loan lifecycle, from application triage to settlement and ongoing loan servicing.
- Ensure that "Application to Settlement" workflow is seamless for Residential Mortgages, Consumer or Business Lending.
- Execute tasks based on detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within our platform.
- Ensure perfectly packaged files are delivered for decisioning by our client banks.
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers, ensuring a smooth journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations or customer support roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities required.
