Condominium Association Operations Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an operations leader to take the helm of day-to-day community management for our expanding portfolio of condominium associations. You'll be the key operations expert, collaborating closely with our client services team to deliver outstanding service and ensure every property operates smoothly and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations and administrative functions for multiple condominium communities
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to keep properties well-maintained
• Oversee budgets, financial records, and ensure compliance with association bylaws
• Serve as primary point of contact for board members, residents, and external partners
• Address resident concerns, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive community relations
• Schedule and support association meetings and board communications
• Maintain full compliance with local regulations and association governance standards

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience managing condominium or homeowners association operations
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications
