About This Position
Cogentanalytics is a trusted and growing concrete-cutting and selective-demolition contractor serving commercial and industrial clients throughout the Raleigh–Durham region. Our client seeks a hardworking and dependable Construction Operator to perform concrete sawing, drilling, cutting, and selective demolition services.
Responsibilities
- Operate diamond and demolition tools for various tasks including flat sawing, wall and wire sawing, core drilling, hand-sawing, selective demolition, and concrete removal and repair
- Transport and maintain equipment on job sites
- Complete accurate jobsite documentation
- Uphold company standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in concrete cutting, drilling, and demolition services
- Ability to operate a wide range of diamond and demolition tools
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
