About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at Rinker Materials' Greenfield, IN plant. As part of one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

• Operate various machinery to manufacture concrete products efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production lines to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in concrete manufacturing is beneficial.
• Previous experience in machine operation or related field is advantageous.
• Aptitude for following detailed instructions and working independently.
• Strong safety consciousness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
