About the Role
We are currently seeking a Weekend Machine Operator to join our team at Mancan in Newark, California. This position will work on the weekend shift, specifically from 5am-5:30pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Operate lightweight pipeline machinery as per company guidelines
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations
- Participate in training sessions from Monday to Thursday 5am-3:30pm for the first 3-4 weeks
- Transition to piece rate pay after permanent hire
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a machine operator or related field is preferred but not required
- Aptitude for operating machinery and following detailed instructions
