Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for our manufacturing facility in San Marcos. Join a thriving team at ArangoHRS and contribute to the success of our operations during first shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures
- Monitor product quality and machine performance, making adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a machine operator or related field (experience is preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods during operation
- Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
