Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Manual Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience operating CNC equipment as well as manual machining tools for the modification and fabrication of special or custom parts.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Operate manual machining tools for part modification and fabrication.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and production schedules accurately.
- Ensure quality standards are met through inspection and testing of finished products.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining or manual machine operation.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, geometry, and tolerances.
- Familiarity with various materials such as metals, plastics, composites, etc.
- Able to work independently while following detailed instructions from supervisors.
- Basic knowledge in CAD/CAM software is a plus but not required.
