About This Position

This role is a pivotal position within our marketing team, responsible for driving and optimizing the digital marketing operations. Reporting to management, you will own and run the marketing digital workforce, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows, manage content calendars, and ensure zero missed publish dates.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Owning and running the marketing digital workforce: building, deploying, monitoring, and improving AI agents and automated workflows across marketing and business development.
• Managing the content calendar and full publishing operation including YouTube uploads (titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnail briefings), LinkedIn scheduling, and newsletter dispatch via our CRM to ensure zero missed publish dates.
• Developing automations that remove manual steps from the workflow to enhance efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an AI Marketing Operator with a strong background in marketing who can understand and operate within our proprietary DECIDE framework. You should have experience in content creation, digital marketing, and automation tools. A deep understanding of AI and its application in marketing is essential.
