The Opportunity
Hire Energy is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time SMT Operator position on the 2nd shift. This role involves working with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to assemble Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SMT operations and setup, as well as a solid understanding of PCB assembly processes.
- Shift: 2nd Shift - 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday
- Location: Garland, TX 75041
- Pay Rate: Up to $24/hr (depending on experience)
What You'll Do
The SMT Operator will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating SMT equipment efficiently.
- Assembling PCBs with precision, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination.
- Performing regular equipment maintenance and reporting any issues promptly.
Who We're Looking For
We seek candidates who:
- Have hands-on experience in SMT operations and setup.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of PCB assembly processes.
- Can work effectively on the 2nd shift, from 3pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday.
