About This Position

This is a full-time General Labor position at Tyson Foods in Waterloo, Iowa. Join us to make an impact and be part of our mission to feed the world like family. We are seeking individuals for our 2nd shift, working Monday through Saturday. The facility operates six days a week producing fully cooked, ready-to-eat products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials from trucks or conveyors
• Moving materials using hand tools such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts
• Sorting and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment
• Following safety procedures at all times

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic math skills for inventory management
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills for team interaction
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime
