Oak View Group is hiring a part-time Concession Cook to join the game-day food and beverage team at Equity Bank Park, home of the Wichita Wind Surge in Wichita, Sedgwick County.

About the Role

As a Concession Cook with Oak View Group in Wichita, you'll prepare and serve crowd-favorite ballpark fare during Wind Surge events at Equity Bank Park. This part-time, on-site position is ideal for energetic culinary team members who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume concession environment and take pride in delivering a great fan experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook, assemble, and plate concession menu items to order during events at Equity Bank Park.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, portioning, and presentation standards throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines while keeping cooking stations clean and organized.
• Stock and restock ingredients and supplies before, during, and after games.
• Work efficiently alongside fellow concession staff to keep service moving during peak demand.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking or kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume or concession setting.
• Familiarity with safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
• A reliable, team-first attitude and commitment to quality guest service.
• Must be able to work on-site in Wichita, Sedgwick County.
