About the Role

- Observe, document, and respond to each infant's individual developmental milestones and daily needs
- Lead and mentor assistant teachers, modeling best practices in responsive infant caregiving
- Build consistent, trust-based relationships with families through clear, compassionate daily communication
- Plan and carry out developmentally appropriate activities that support cognitive, motor, language, and social-emotional growth
- Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the classroom at all times
- Collaborate with school leadership to support the broader Cadence Education mission of creating bright futures for children, families, and communities

- A genuine love of infants and a calm, nurturing presence in a caregiving environment
- Strong observational skills and the ability to translate developmental knowledge into individualized support
- Experience leading or mentoring classroom team members
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain it
