About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Mobile Diesel Technician position based in Delmar, Wicomico County, Maryland. As a mobile technician, you'll travel to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered trucks and equipment, delivering dependable service on the road rather than from a single shop bay. It's a hands-on, senior-level opportunity to put your expertise to work for a long-established family business.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on diesel trucks and equipment at customer locations across the Delmar, MD area.
• Troubleshoot engine, electrical, and mechanical issues efficiently to minimize fleet downtime.
• Complete inspections and service work in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and service findings for each job.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service team to ensure work is completed right the first time.

Qualifications

• Proven, senior-level experience as a diesel technician, ideally including mobile or field service work.
• Strong diagnostic skills across diesel engine, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well while on the road.
• A valid driver's license and a clean, safety-focused approach to mobile service.
• Own tools and relevant certifications are a plus.
