About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced event environment at one of Southern California's premier convention and entertainment venues. As a Banquet Server, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for guests attending everything from corporate galas and weddings to industry conferences and large-scale conventions. Your professionalism and attention to detail directly impact guest satisfaction and event success.

What You'll Do

• Provide courteous, professional service during banquet events, receptions, and catered functions
• Set up and break down banquet spaces, including table settings, linens, and place settings according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness throughout service periods
• Coordinate with event staff, catering teams, and venue management to ensure seamless event execution
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs
• Follow all venue policies, health codes, and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous banquet or food service experience preferred
