About the Role

We're seeking detail-oriented individuals to prepare banquet and event spaces at Jungle Island. As a Banquet Set Up team member, you'll play a key role in creating the perfect environment for our guests and ensuring every event runs smoothly from setup to teardown.

What You'll Do

• Set up banquet spaces by arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor according to event specifications
• Configure dining areas with place settings, glassware, flatware, and centerpieces
• Prepare rooms for events by ensuring cleanliness, proper lighting, temperature control, and accessibility
• Coordinate with event planning and hospitality teams to understand venue requirements and guest preferences
• Maintain inventory of linens, table accessories, and setup materials
• Break down and reset event spaces efficiently after functions conclude
• Uphold high standards of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual team member with flexibility for part-time hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup specifications precisely
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and arrange furniture and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Prior banquet or event setup experience preferred
