We operate established local routes throughout the Kansas City region, and we need skilled drivers who understand the difference between long-haul and home-daily driving. What You'll Do

• Operate tractor-trailer units safely on assigned local routes and territories
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT standards
• Load, secure, and verify cargo weight and balance compliance
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and driver documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time performance
• Practice defensive driving and strictly adhere to traffic and federal regulations
• Keep your truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Active Class A CDL with clean driving history
• Minimum 2 years of commercial tractor-trailer experience
• Strong safety record and DOT compliance knowledge
• Professional demeanor and independent work habits
• Ability to pass medical certification and background screening
• Commitment to arriving on time and completing routes safely
