About the Role

As Service Manager, you'll take ownership of property operations, tenant relations, and service delivery across assigned residential communities. What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and service requests at assigned apartment properties
• Build strong relationships with tenants while addressing concerns professionally and promptly
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff, ensuring quality standards and accountability
• Track budgets, work orders, and vendor relationships to optimize property performance
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and company policies
• Respond to emergencies and escalated issues with sound judgment and problem-solving
• Communicate regularly with corporate management on property status, occupancy, and improvements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of property management or multi-unit residential management experience
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and vendor relationships
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with tenants and team members
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
• Familiarity with property management software or willingness to learn systems quickly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
