Community Case Manager-Domestic Violence

This full-time role places you on the front lines of helping individuals and families move beyond crisis toward safety and stability.

About the Role

As a Community Case Manager focused on domestic violence, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to clients navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Working from our SoMa, San Francisco location, you will help connect survivors to the resources, advocacy, and continuity of care they need to rebuild and reclaim their independence. This is full-time, on-site work rooted in our mission to interrupt the cycles of homelessness and domestic violence across the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with clients and develop individualized case plans tailored to each person's safety and goals.
• Connect survivors of domestic violence to housing, counseling, legal, and community support services.
• Provide ongoing advocacy, crisis response, and follow-up to ensure clients receive consistent care.
• Maintain accurate case records and document client progress in line with program standards.
• Collaborate with a welcoming team of staff and partner organizations to deliver coordinated services.

Qualifications

• Genuine commitment to supporting survivors of domestic violence and ending homelessness.
• Experience or training in case management, social services, or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work compassionately and effectively with diverse populations in a community setting.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in SoMa, San Francisco.
