The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Transactional / Real Estate Paralegal to join our established, fast-paced legal and real estate team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States while also playing an important role in the operations of a corporate-owned title company.
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze documents related to commercial real estate transactions, including contracts, deeds, and other legal instruments.
- Prepare and draft various legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing packages.
- Assist in the due diligence process by conducting research and verifying information.
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage title company operations, including record keeping, document management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Transactional / Real Estate Paralegal or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and transactional processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
