- Knowledge of common materials, cutting tools, and work-holding methods used in production machining
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple jobs, and communicate clearly across shifts
- Comfort performing light setup support and quality checks when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining technology is preferred
